wore collects photos, outfit details, tags (who, what, when, where), and profile information you choose to provide. all data is private by default. you control what is stored, shared, or deleted at all times.
your photos and outfit images are stored securely and privately. they are never shared, sold, or made publicly accessible without your explicit action. camera and photo library access is used only when you choose to log an outfit.
if you choose to use face id or touch id, this is processed entirely on your device by apple's secure enclave. wore never stores biometric data on our servers.
wore is private by default. you choose if, what, and with whom you share — selectively with chosen connections via your community circle, or more broadly if you opt in. a future version may include optional public access. you will always be in control of your sharing settings.
wore may facilitate direct buying, selling, renting, or sharing between users. when you engage in a peer to peer transaction, limited profile and item information is shared with the other party to complete the transaction. wore does not store payment details — payments are handled by third party processors.
wore connects to third party platforms to help you sell, rent, or shop secondhand. when you choose to list or transact via these platforms, your item data and relevant account information is shared with them. each platform operates under its own privacy policy. current and future platform partners may include:
wore is not responsible for the privacy practices of third party platforms.
in future versions, wore may offer optional personalized suggestions based on items you've logged — for example, recommending relevant sales or products based on your style. this feature will always be opt-in. wore will never share your personal data with retailers or brands for advertising purposes without your explicit consent.
if you choose to donate clothing or support causes via wore's give feature, basic information needed to complete the donation or connection may be shared with the relevant organization. this is always user-initiated.
inspiration images, saved looks, and packing lists you create are stored privately in your account and are never shared without your action.
future ai styling and wardrobe analytics features will use your closet data to generate insights and suggestions. this processing will occur within wore's secure environment. wore will never use your data to train external ai models without your explicit consent.
wore uses supabase as its backend data processor, stored securely with row-level security. data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. you may delete your account and all associated data from within the app.
